  5. We provide the option to cancel your subscription within (72 hours) of purchase, but refunds are not available for cancellations made after this time period. If the product has been used during this initial 72-hour window, cancellation is not possible. Please note that customers are unable to cancel their subscription after 72 hours from the time of purchase, except in the case of free trials. During a free trial, customers have the freedom to cancel at any time, but once canceled, they cannot restart the trial.

2. Definitions

  1. “Business days” – means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or bank holiday in the US, India or in the state where our office is located.

  3. “date of transaction” – means the date of invoice of services which includes the date of renewable proceeds in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.

3. Refund rules

  1. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to Services. If due to an unforeseen circumstance or limitation from Our side, the service is not provided then such order stands canceled and the amount paid by You is refunded
  2. We will not process a refund if  You have placed the order for a wrong service
  3. When You make a qualifying recent request. We may refund the full amount, less any additional cost incurred by Us in providing such Services.
  4. Refund shall only be considered once the customer concerned produces relevant documents and proof.
  5. Once qualified, the refunds are applicable to the original payment option

4. Order not come but amount detected

  1. If the amount has been detected and the order is not confirmed please do contact your respective Banks it takes 7 (seven) Business days to reverse back the amount by the respective Bank
  2. If the issue has not been resolved within 7 (seven) business days, You can contact our customer care support as follows support@healthpractice.care

5. Exemptions

  1. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this policy, We may refuse to provide a reason for a service if:
    1. You know or We made aware of the problem(s) with the service before You availed it.
    2. Free services.
    3. Refund requests or taste after the refund window is closed

7. Response time

  1. Refunds are normally processed within 7 (seven) Business days after checking the veracity of the refund request.
  2. The period of refund may also depend on various Banking and payment channels, and We will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.
